The NAUFRP Executive Committee will meet October 4-5, 2021 virtually from 1:00-4:00 Eastern Time via Zoom. All NAUFRP Representatives are invited to attend. See  Agenda for Zoom links.

An in-person meeting of the Executive Committee is planned for March 14-15, 2022 in Washington, D.C.

Our purpose is to share information about activities and issues that may be of interest to you, the membership of NAUFRP, and our partners. We look forward to offering future editions of the newsletter in the coming months. We would like to specifically thank Terri Bates, NAUFRP’s Executive Liaison, for her diligence in developing the newsletter and doing the heavy lifting to assemble content provided by NAUFRP’s Executive Committee, who also deserve many thanks for their contributions.

Nominations are being sought through September 20, 2021 for the Family Forests Education Awards co-sponsored by the National Woodland Owners Association (NWOA) and the National Association of University Forest Resources Programs (NAUFRP).

NAUFRP has been a long time member of the Forest-Carbon Working Group (FCWG) and has endorsed the current policy platform for the 117th Congress.
